Week 1: An initial consultation where we discuss your requirements
Access to the nutritional analysis app to record your personal nutrition and activity.
Week 2: Fifteen minute check-in consultation to analyse diet and review progress.
Week 3: Fifteen minute check-in consultation to analyse diet and review progress.
Week 4: Final 15 minute consultation to assess progress achieved during the programme and consider next steps.
